With a mind, body, spirit (holistic mental health) approach which assists each individual in uncovering, articulating, and releasing the source of the presenting challenges, we will meet one-to-one in person or virtually via the platform most comfortable for you. Your therapy sessions are catered to your individual needs and goals which foster trust, collaboration and healing.

Energy Enhanced Psychotherapy
The transformative power of Energy Enhanced Psychotherapy and Healing is the focus and modality of this work. Alison’s approach combines traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic energy healing practices to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Your therapy session may include energy exercises to release and heal, Past Life Regression, Shamanic Counseling, Intuitive guidance combined with traditional therapeutic techniques, to guide you on your journey to self-discovery and healing.
Rate: $210/hour
The Healing Walk
Walking and talking therapy takes place outside in a natural environment. While walking together the client is encouraged to share their struggles and life situations. Walking and talking encourages healthy activity and often helps the client move through their challenges more fluidly. According to research walking outdoors can make a significant positive impact on anxiety and stress. Learn more about Walk and Talk Therapy here.
Your first session will take place in a therapy office where you will discuss issues of confidentiality and how you will negotiate encountering other people when out walking. It is important to remember that people walking and talking side by side is a very common sight and therefore a client and therapist walking side by side doesn't look any different.
Rate: $210/hour
Intuitive Healing and Building your unique Spiritual Tool Chest
As we are moving through a powerful energetic shift on the planet, many people are beginning to realize their intuitive abilities. However, most people do not know who to talk to about it or how to use this extraordinary ability to help themselves or others. You will learn develop and expand your intuition, connect to your soul/higher self and your spirit guides, energetic protection and tools for healing in a beautiful safe space.
